Inventory Value Assessment (Abandoned Personal Property)

Following the sheriff eviction and lockout, one of our Eyewitness field reps will visit the unit to perform the assessment and create an inventory of the abandoned personal property to determine if a public sale is required.

If it is deemed to be below the legal threshhold for requiring a public sale, we will provide an affidavit to that extent which you can present in court. When necessary, we can provide Eyewitness testimony in court with documented evidence to support your case. Additional appearance fees may apply.

If you purchase the Assessment and we determine that a Public Sale is required, $200 (two hundred dollars) may be deducted from the total cost of the Public Sale Auction Package. Follow up with us via Email to book your public sale at the discounted rate.

Please note: this service does NOT include a Locksmith or waiting for a Sheriff. If you have a Lockout pending, please order the Lockout Management service so we can properly serve your needs.
